The questions we get most
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. A day of notice is normally enough for us to arrange an early arrival or a later departure.
From what age can I go into the casino?
From 18 up. A passport, national ID card or driving licence is checked at the door for every visitor, guests of the hotel included.
Is the casino open to visitors who are not booked into the resort?
Yes. Visitors of 18 and over are welcome, ID in hand. Resort guests enter without charge and get a drink at the bar.
Is there a dress code in the casino?
Smart casual. Beachwear is welcome at the pool, but please change before the casino after 20:00.
Is it possible to set a visit limit or self-exclude?
Yes. Ask a host or the duty manager; visit limits and self-exclusion are handled quietly and start immediately.
Is breakfast included?
We serve breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 on the terrace and is part of most rates. Check your confirmation to see yours.
Can I swim in the sea here?
Yes. Steps from the terrace lead down to the Lungomare and the bathing platforms. The water is clear and deep, and there is a ladder rather than a beach.
Which airport should I fly into?
Rijeka airport on Krk is about 45 minutes by car, Pula about an hour and twenty, Zagreb about two hours. A private transfer from Rijeka costs €80.
Is parking available?
The garage under the resort costs €14 per night. Spaces are limited in August, so please reserve one with your room.
What is the cancellation policy?
A flexible rate can be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before arrival; a non-refundable rate is paid when you book.
